JULZ DONALD

Co-Founder

Julz is a senior strategic partner to clients and a futures and insights specialist. She has spent her career working across Europe and NA and her client include Unilever, Diageo, The Absolut Company, American Express, LloydsTSB, Samsung, Ally Bank, Philips, Coca-Cola, Sainsbury’s, First Choice Holidays, Twinings and Kraft.
Most recently Julz was Group President at Kantar Consulting NA  (Formerly known as The Futures Company) working to grow the business and key client relationships. The Futures Company specializes in understanding how consumers and the world around them will change in the future.
She is a dynamic and intuitive strategic thinker and has been practicing qualitative research for over 15 years. She specializes in combining fresh and surprising methodologies (qualitative and beyond) to efficiently solve complex client questions.
Julz is a foundation board member of New York based charity The Floating Hospital which provides free healthcare to the homeless population across the city. She also founded community based group SupercommunityLIC whose mission is to celebrate community and facilitate ways to give back.
Julz holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and a Masters in Business and Management from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, Glasgow, Scotland.

HOLLY MOORE

Co-Founder

Holly is always excited to help clients hear the voice of the consumer more clearly and to bring social and marketplace trends to life in a way that inspires innovation and unlocks new business opportunities.  She lives to sink her teeth into another project that brings consumers' lives and opinions to life and further shines a light on the phenomenal change that continues to unfold today.
Holly has 20+ years of experience as a creative and strategic senior-level consumer insights consultant and RIVA-trained qualitative moderator. Prior to starting Therefore Strategy + Insight, she held roles at The Futures Company, Yankelovich MONITOR, Miner & Co Studio and Turner Broadcasting, working on a broad array of clients including  American Express, Anheuser-Busch, Aetna, Coca-Cola, Comedy Central, A&E Networks, Unilever, Time Warner, VF Corp and Kimberly-Clark.
A native New Yorker with a global heart, Holly has a BA from NYU and a Master's in Social Psychology & Media from the London School of Economics.  She is a strong supporter of civil and reproductive rights, and volunteers for a number of social causes including The Floating Hospital and New York Cares.
